Ski area Westendorf

Pure skiing pleasure in the Kitzbühel Alps

Westendorf is one of the most popular resorts in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental. The ski area between Choralpe and Brechhorn forms the southern tip of the SkiWelt. Here, skiing fun is guaranteed. The many slopes are ideal for demanding skiers, but Westendorf also offers suitable runs and slopes for newcomers and families. Highlights include the Boarders Playground, a SkiWelt fun park, and one of the longest pistes and the steepest piste in the SkiWelt. For even more skiing fun, you can use the connections via the Kandler run to the opposite side of the Brixental and via the Ki-West run to the Kirchberg-Kitzbühel ski area. A regular bus shuttle service takes you to the desired stations.

Newcomers

If you are a beginner skier, Westendorf is the place for you. Here you'll find flatter slopes with beautiful valley runs.

Ski Movie Trail

Visit the Laubkogel, where every run is recorded on the Ski-Movie track, and ownload your run with the personal skiline code.

Families with children

The little ones can make their first attempts at skiing on the practice slope in Westendorf. Once they're a bit more confident, they’ll be able to take a platter lift up to the Laubkogel.

Freeride

Westendorf is one of the best freeride spots in Tyrol with shadow slopes, cliffs and long runs down into the valleys.

Advanced skiers

Are you looking for a challenge? Then test your skills on the steepest slope in the SkiWelt, the black 112 on the western slope of the Choralpe. A stunning 80 per cent gradient must be overcome here!
