We would like to inform you about the current Corona situation, so you can come to visit the beautiful Pitztal with confidence. In our resorts we take special guidelines into account to protect our guests and employees. The health of our guest and employees is our top priority. 

Of course, this extra challenge does not prevent us from receiving you with a warm welcome and our personal service in our award-winning resorts. 

In Austria all travelers need to show either a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination/past infection.

If you have the proof of the negative COVID test or vaccination, you can visit the public areas and restaurants/cafes/hotels etc.

You can easily do a test without charge at our reception desk during your stay in the Resort (Not on arrival or departure date). This test is valid for 48 hours. It is also possible to do a test at the test location. You can easily make this appointment at the following website:

You will receive the results on your phone within 30 minutes. This antigen test is valid for 48hours and free of charge.

Cancellation: It is a special time right now with new challenges and situations for all of us. Let us treat each other fairly and we will find a solution together. Because of this, we have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policy - these also apply to all reservations that have already been made!

COVID-19 // Exceptions
Our general cancellation conditions apply, however, free cancellation is possible for the period from 23.10.2020 to 24.04.2022, if it is not possible to travel on the day of the planned arrival due to government measures:

  • The arrival or departure to Austria cannot be guaranteed due to a border closure.
  • The Pitztal region is classified as a risk area in the highest category of your government and/or there is a travel restriction.
  • You have to go into statutory home quarantine for at least 5 days after arrival or after departure.

You always have the option to reschedule your stay (no price guarantee) or -if applicable- you will be reimbursed the prepayment made.
