Christmas and New Year at the resort

To celebrate Christmas, the chef of the Florentin Alpenbrasserie & Bar has put together a festive menu for you. Look forward to spending special holidays together with your loved ones at PURE Resort Ehrwald.

CHRISTMAS EVE (24.12.2023)

We welcome you on Christmas Eve to our Christmas menu in the restaurant with the following services:

• Starter
  Venison terrine (cherry sauce/mushrooms)
  or
  Jerusalem artichoke cream soup (celery stalk/sunflower seeds)
• Main course
  Goose leg (bread dumplings/beetroot/ chestnuts/roast sauce)
  or
  Cod fillet (truffle risotto/ wild broccoli/ sugar snap peas)
  or
  Rolled barley risotto (mushrooms/ vegan demi-glace sauce/ vegan cheese/ Romanesco)
• Dessert
  Mozartkugel (chocolate/ creme patissiere/ nougat)
  or
  Goat cheese (honey/ nuts)
• and also Homemade chocolates as a small present (3 pieces)
   
• € 59 per person incl. welcome bread with two kinds of spreads and 1 glass of sparkling wine

There is a separate children's menu for the little ones.

CHRISTMAS & Boxing DAY (25. & 26.12.2023)

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, you can dine à la carte in the restaurant.

New Year's Eve

We celebrate the turn of the year with you! Enjoy a large New Year's Eve buffet and toast to the year 2024 together with us. Let us pamper you once again with culinary delights on your way to the new year and look forward to:

• Midnight snack
• 1 glass of prosecco

TABLE RESERVATION:

Due to limited seating for the above events, we recommend that you make reservations well in advance. There are several options available for this:

24 & 31 December

• When making a new accommodation booking, you can add the table reservation in the "Extras" step.
• You have already booked your accommodation? Then you can add the reservation in the upgrade section of "My PURE".
• If you have booked your accommodation through an external provider, please contact us personally (T +43 5673 20960) and we will be happy to make the table reservation for you.
